Job Responsibilities:

• Train/Support Production Analysts regarding systems and processes
• Provide administrative and technical support through analysis and interpretation of data for reporting purposes and allocation of monthly production volumes to producing wells
• Support field operations, engineers, regulatory departments with data requests, troubleshooting volume issues, etc
• Submit volume reports to State and Federal agencies on the company’s behalf
• Oil/gas volume verification of sales to check meters, oil run ticket reconciliation and allocation system balancing for gas and oil delivery networks (MapRev4)
• Setup wells, meters and equipment in Production Accounting system. Setup basic allocation rules based on measurement flow diagram provided by the field
• Act on the company’s behalf with outside government agencies, vendors, contractors/consultants, etc
• Little to no supervisor oversight on a regular basis
• Cross train for other Production Accounting desks
• Address regulatory issues from regulatory agencies pertaining to production volume reporting inquiries or discrepancies

Job Requirements/Qualifications:

• Oil and gas experience required
• High school diploma or equivalent required; Bachelors degree preferred
• 10 plus years production accounting experience preferred
